We started in 1976 doing pin striping, custom hand done graphics, and hand cut vinyl lettering. Over the years we have added and subtracted a number of facets of the business. We have done sales and installation of sunroofs, cruise controls, radios, and other automotive accessories. We also had a detail shop and included rust proofing as part of that business. As time went on we realized that what we enjoyed doing was working with vinyl, so we dropped all of the other things and focused on everything we could do with vinyl.

Now we still do pin striping, but the graphics have changed drastically over the years. Instead of using rolled tape and custom designing graphics there are a number of companies that manufacture air brushed and printed graphics in an almost unlimited selection of designs, sizes, and styles, so we utilize those sources and custom design graphics when it has to include something unique for one of our customers.

Very few signs are hand painted anymore, because of the ease of installation the variety of choices, and the ease of changing or completely redoing a sign, vinyl has become the main ingredient, so we purchased a vinyl plotter or cutter. We started out with a small inexpensive one and soon realized that we needed to upgrade so we sold it and bought a Graphtec FC-5100, this is a top of the line commercial grade vinyl cutter with size being about its only limitation.

Prints and graphics are more and more becoming a part of the sign business. To be competitive in this facet of the business we first bought an Encad NovaJet Pro 36, which is a water based inkjet printer capable of printing 36” wide we sold that and upgraded to an Encad NovaJet Pro 600e that prints up to 42” wide. These are very good printers made by Kodak, the only problem with them is their prints have a limited lifetime outdoors. Since most of our work needs to be outdoor durable we upgraded again to a 6 color Mutoh Falcon Outdoor printer using Eco-Solvent inks with prints lasting 3 years or more outdoors, this also is a top of the line commercial grade unit with almost endless capabilities.

Now 30 years after we started working with vinyl we still enjoy it and our goal is to offer our customers the best service and product along with the best pricing. We have worked hard to establish a good reputation and we realize that providing customer service is the only way to build and maintain our reputation.
